The Story of Ella
ELLA was born from the desire to create a space where women feel seen, heard, and truly valued. What began as a simple idea has grown into a powerful movement rooted in self-love, empowerment, and belonging. We believe in the importance of self-worth, the strength of community, and the power of education. As we continue to build and grow, our mission is to offer meaningful resources, guidance, and opportunities that help every woman rise into her fullest potential. At ELLA, you don’t just show up—you are welcomed, supported, and reminded that you belong.
The Founders
Manuela Molina
“At first, it was about connection—meeting like-minded people. But while planning our first event, we realized we were all searching for a sense of belonging. It had been hard to find ourselves and be where we are… and we knew we weren’t the only ones. That inspired ELLA.”
Kimberly Rodriguez
“Being raised by a strong woman shaped everything about me. I’ve always wanted to be part of something that reflects both where we come from and where we’re going. ELLA became that space—for connection, for healing, and for belonging.”
Xiomara Senteno Pina
“I created ELLA because as a first-gen Latina, I know what it’s like to figure things out on your own. Although my parents supported me, we didn’t know about all the resources available. ELLA is that space I always needed where I can connect and grow.”
Nancy Reyes
“I created ELLA because I saw how powerful our community is — but also how disconnected many of us feel from each other, from resources, & from the belief that we belong in every room.”
